The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) are set to return from May 29 to June 1, 2025, at Camp Korey in Mount Vernon, WA. This intensive four-day program is designed for young leaders aged 18 to 30 residing between Hope and Port Coquitlam in Canada and Blaine/Sumas to Everett in Washington State.(rotarydistrict5050.org)
What to expect
Participants will engage in a series of workshops, group discussions and team-building exercises aimed at enhancing leadership and communication skills. The program offers a unique platform to debate issues of professional responsibility and human relations, all while forming lasting friendships.

As part of their leadership journey, RYLA participants and facilitators are expected to present their experiences to their sponsoring Rotary Clubs after the program. This gives them an opportunity to reflect on their growth, inspire others, and express gratitude for the opportunity.
