About Rotary
in the Langleys

Why join Rotary?

People join Rotary to make a difference, to improve the lives of others in their community and around the world.

There are more than one million Rotarians all over the globe. Our motto is "service above self".

Rotarians come in all ages and from a vast array of backgrounds. They speak many languages and represent many cultures, but they all speak the communal language of Rotary: "Do good in the world".

You're never really too young to join Rotary, nor can you be too old to be involved. There are Interact clubs for those between 12 and 18 and Rotaract clubs for those 18 to 30. These are excellent ways to learn about Rotary without having too many demands on your time.

If you'd like to experience the joy of helping others, of giving back to your community while making new friends, then Rotary will find a welcoming place for you. Try us out!
